InfoGate is:

InfoGate has 5 main components:

• QuickSets - search for information in pre-defined database sets
• Find Database - search for a database by title, subject, keyword, or type
• Find e-Journal - search for ejournals by title and issn
• Multi-Search™ - choose up to 10 databases to search simultaneously
• My Space (login required) - allows users to save citations, database sets, e-journal titles, queries and to receive email alerts when new results are found.

 

New in InfoGate 4.0:

• Clustering & Faceting of Search Results - InfoGate 4.00 introduces clustering and faceting of search results, providing the user with new options for viewing the merged search results and navigating within the search result set. The facets created are Author, Journal Title, and Publication Year.
• User Interface Compliance & Accessibility - The InfoGate 4.00 user interface was developed to comply with leading international accessibility and industry standards including The W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, level A and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d)
